Network diagnosis
We diagnose the resilience of innovation networks and suggest how to improve knowledge transfer in an organisation. Our tools and services help to discover how resilient organisations are. An organisation can lack resilience, for instance, if knowledge flow is dependent on few individuals only. Innovation performance will then suffer. This is particularly true in turbulent times such as currently due to covid-19.
Additionally, we help you find redundant connections, but also disconnected groups and individuals in the organisation (knowledge flow gaps). The organisation can then more easily take the hurdles of processing innovative ideas and jump to grab new market opportunities.
We do network diagnosis by measuring formal and informal connections between individuals in the organisation, at groups and sub-groups level through;
- Running a professional (short) survey (for most services we offer, 6 questions only); and based on this
- Generating powerful network images and quantitative indicators to give evidence-base insight to possibly develop alternative strategies and organisation structures.
We visualize formal and informal connections, help optimize networks for better innovation strategy, and prevent any network related failures. Then, we set up and optimize the innovation procedures that ensure good innovation ideas underperform or are even lost.
