Network models and frameworks developed by her specifically at eco-system network level are broadly applied by various companies across Europe, especially in the high tech and agri-food sector.

With some 25 years international experience in teaching, research and particularly advising companies and organisations about innovation, Wilfred Dolfsma is well-positioned to support your firm from InnoNetWorks to step up your organisation's innovation game. The Siemens business game gives you insights into both how the inner-workings of the innovation engine can readily shift gears up. FORD

Once the biggest financial institute in the USA, Ford Credit's competitive edge derives from continuously constructing innovative financial models to capture developments in the market and offer customers financial products to cover costs of buying a Ford truck. Its teams of specialists are spread across continents, collaborating suboptimally. Using social network-insights, we supported Ford Credit to reach its innovation potential.

EQUENS

Equens, the innovative interbank clearing company, we supported twice. Once by designing and implementing a cost-effective and succesful strategy to boost innovation based on social network-based insights. Some time after, Equens approached us as it was instructed by HQ to drastically cut costs and thus staff, but feared doing so would risk having core innovative staff leave on their own initiative. Equens managed to stay innovative even in these dire times.
