Design intervention scenarios
We support you in developing a number of intervention scenarios to improve innovation networks within your organization. We also assess the effects of an intervention.
Often the right people with the right knowledge do not meet one another to exchange knowledge. As a result, an organisation’s innovation potential is unused. If an organisation’s innovation potential is not fully used, we can suggest intervention scenarios to boost innovation potential. We use social network analysis expertise, specifically in reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions.
Reorganizations often fail rather lead to returning success in the future. How to make sure that the good employees stay and how to ensure growth returns?
When organizations merge, formal structures merge too. Mergers and acquisitions often fail, however, in the post-merger integration process. To combine merging companies’ cultures too, you need to change the social networks. To do so, first of all you need to know how the network looks, and who are the important persons who link, so that post-merger integration can be successful. How to unite two previously independent organisations, and how to ensure they socially cohere? Which individuals deliver important but not yet acknowledges input, and which individuals are (wrongly) promoted as they do not have the right communication profile?
